Beata Pogodzinski

Meet Beata

For most of my life, I believed that being "healthy" meant eating well, exercising, and staying disciplined. Then perimenopause arrived and suddenly my body felt unfamiliar. Sleep became fragile. Anxiety and brain fog crept in. My joints hurt. Constipation became constant. I found myself wondering, What is happening to me?

That moment became a turning point. Instead of pushing through, I chose to listen more deeply to my body. I began studying the deeper "why" behind symptoms and how daily habits can either drain us—or gently restore us. Today, I help women move from confusion and frustration to understanding, self-trust, and hope.

How I Support You

I support women through perimenopause and menopause using a holistic, functional approach that honors the whole person. Together, we work on nourishing nutrition, steady blood sugar, gut health, sleep rhythms, nervous system regulation, movement that feels good in your body, and a mindset rooted in compassion not perfection.

My mission is to help you feel empowered and confident in your body again so this transition becomes an opportunity to build resilience, clarity, and vitality, not something you simply endure.

Read More About My Journey

My path into health and wellness began long before menopause entered the picture. In my twenties, I was already deeply curious about how food, movement, and lifestyle shape how we feel in our bodies. I grew up in Hungary, traveled extensively, and lived in several countries, which exposed me to different cultures, ways of eating, and approaches to health and healing.

I’ve always loved movement walking, dancing, yoga and I was fascinated by how different foods made me feel. Over time, this curiosity became more than a personal interest; it became a calling.

When perimenopause arrived and my health suddenly felt fragile in ways I didn’t expect, everything I had learned became deeply personal. That season reminded me that health isn’t about "doing everything right" it’s about learning to listen, adapt, and care for ourselves with compassion.

Today, I bring both my professional training and my lived experience into my work. I hold space for women who feel confused, dismissed, or disconnected from their bodies and I walk alongside them as they build habits that support energy, clarity, sleep, and a deeper sense of self-trust.

This transition isn’t the end of your vitality it can be the beginning of a more intentional, supported way of living. If you’re ready I’d love to support you.
