At this time, I do not accept insurance. Health coaching is typically considered an out-of-pocket service. That said, many clients find this work to be a meaningful investment in their long-term health, clarity, and well-being. If cost is a concern, we can talk about options during your free discovery call.
No. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. My work is supportive and educational, grounded in functional and integrative health principles. I help you understand what may be influencing your symptoms and guide you in making sustainable lifestyle and nutrition changes. This work complements — not replaces — medical care.
Not necessarily. Lab testing is always optional. Some clients already have recent labs from their doctor, which we can review together from a holistic lens. If testing feels supportive for your goals, I can help you think through options and next steps in collaboration with your healthcare provider.
Most clients meet every 2–3 weeks, depending on the level of support they choose and what feels sustainable for their life. We’ll find a rhythm that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
Our first session is a gentle, supportive conversation where we explore what’s been going on in your body and life, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping for. We’ll clarify your goals and identify a few meaningful, doable first steps — no pressure to change everything at once.
While everyone’s journey is different, many women begin to feel more grounded, clearer about what’s happening in their bodies, and more supported in making nourishing changes. Over time, clients often notice improvements in energy, digestion, sleep, mood, and overall resilience. This work is about sustainable progress, not quick fixes.
Some women notice small shifts within a few weeks, especially in how they relate to their body and daily habits. Deeper changes take time and consistency. This is a gradual, compassionate process — and we move at a pace that honors your nervous system and real life.
Absolutely. Many clients work with doctors, therapists, or other practitioners. Health coaching can complement your care by helping you translate recommendations into daily habits, lifestyle rhythms, and nourishment that feel realistic and supportive.
Yes. All sessions are offered virtually, making it easy to receive support from wherever you are.
No. I don’t believe in rigid protocols or extreme approaches. We focus on gentle, realistic shifts that support your hormones, blood sugar, gut health, and energy — in a way that fits your preferences, culture, and lifestyle.
You’re not alone — and you don’t need to have it all figured out. Feeling overwhelmed is often part of this transition. We start exactly where you are and take things one small, supportive step at a time.
If you’re unsure, your free discovery call is a great place to explore this together. I’ll help you choose the level of support that best matches your needs, goals, and season of life.
